紫杉醇联合顺铂腹腔和静脉双途径治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床效果分析

Clinical efficacy of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in peritoneal and venous routes for the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer

目的:探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂腹腔和静脉双途径治疗晚期卵巢癌的应用效果。方法:收治晚期卵巢癌患者60例,分两组。对照组给予紫杉醇联合顺铂静脉途径治疗,观察组给予紫杉醇联合顺铂腹腔和静脉双途径治疗。比较两组晚期卵巢癌总缓解率、中位生存期、治疗前后患者生存质量测定量表FACT-L评分、体力状况ZPS评分以及药物不良反应率。结果:观察组晚期卵巢癌总缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中位生存期长于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组生存质量测定量表FACT-L评分、体力状况ZPS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:紫杉醇联合顺铂腹腔和静脉双途径治疗晚期卵巢癌的应用效果确切,可有效改善患者病情和体力、生存质量,减少骨髓抑制的发生。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in peritoneal and venous routes for the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.Methods：60 patients with advanced ovarian cancer were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin via intravenous route,and the observation group received paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in both abdominal and venous ways.The total remission rate,the median survival period,the FACT-L score of the patient＇s quality of life before and after treatment,the ZPS score of physical status,and the adverse drug reaction rate were compared between groups.Results：The total remission rate of advanced ovarian cancer in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The median survival time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the FACT-L and ZPS scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of myelosuppression in the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer is effective.It can effectively improve the patient＇s condition and physical strength,the quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of bone marrow suppression.
