全内镜后路椎间孔切开髓核摘除术治疗单间隙颈椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Clinical observation of the resection of nucleus pulposus by posterior intervertebral foraminotomy with full-endoscopic discectomy in the treatment of single compartment cervical disc herniation

目的:探究全内镜后路椎间孔切开髓核摘除术治疗单间隙颈椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:收治单间隙颈椎间盘突出症患者36例,对其均行全内镜后路椎间孔切开髓核摘除术,观察手术前后临床颈椎病评价量表、视觉模拟疼痛评分、颈椎病功能障碍以及日常生活指标。结果:患者术后CASCS、VAS、NDI及Barthel指数均优于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全内镜后路椎间孔切开髓核摘除术可有效缓解单间隙颈椎间盘突出症患者疼痛、减轻患者临床症状、提高日常生活指数,进而提高临床疗效。

Objective：To investigate the effect of resection of nucleus pulposus by posterior intervertebral foraminotomy with full-endoscopic discectomy in the treatment of single compartment cervical disc herniation.Methods：36 cases of single intervertebral disc herniation were selected.They were all treated with the resection of nucleus pulposus by posterior intervertebral foraminotomy with full-endoscopic discectomy.The clinical scale of cervical spondylosis,visual analogue pain score,cervical disease dysfunction and daily life indicators were observed before and after the operation.Results：The CASCS,VAS,NDI and Barthel index after operation were all better than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The resection of nucleus pulposus by posterior intervertebral foraminotomy with full-endoscopic discectomy can effectively relieve the pain,relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the daily life index of the patients with single gap cervical disc herniation,and then improve the clinical effect.
