通心络和他汀类药物治疗颈动脉粥样硬化斑块疗效的Meta分析

Meta analysis of Tongxinluo and statins in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques

目的:系统评价通心络、他汀类药物对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的治疗效果。方法:检索数据库中关于通心络、他汀类药物治疗颈动脉硬化斑块相关随机对照研究的资料,用Rev Man软件对其进行Meta分析。结果:通心络联合他汀类药物治疗颈动脉粥样硬化,血脂水平、斑块面积明显低于单独用药,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:颈动脉粥样硬化斑块应用通心络、他汀类药物联合治疗的疗效更好。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of Tongxinluo and statins on carotid atherosclerotic plaques systematically.Methods：The data of the randomized controlled study of Tongxinluo and statins in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaques were retrieved,and Meta analysis was carried out by Rev Man software.Results：Tongxinluo combined with statins in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis had lower blood lipid level and plaque area than that of single drug,and the difference was statistically significant（P=0.003）.Conclusion：The combination of Tongxinluo and statins in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis had better clinical effect.
