乳房良性肿瘤250例的诊治体会

Diagnosis and treatment experience of 250 cases with benign breast tumor

目的:探讨乳房良性肿瘤的临床治疗经验。方法:回顾性分析乳房良性肿瘤患者250例的临床资料,总结临床诊疗经验。结果:乳房纤维瘤患者乳腺硬癌率为1.0%。乳腺导管乳头状瘤导管癌检出率为2.0%。乳腺囊性增生经中西医结合药物治愈。结论:手术切除是唯一有效治疗乳腺纤维瘤的方法,乳腺囊性增生病具有癌变的可能性,对乳管内乳头状瘤应早期手术切除。

Objective：To explore the clinical treatment experience of benign breast tumor.Methods：The clinical data of 250 cases of patients with benign breast tumor were analyzed retrospectively,and the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment was summarized.Results：1.0% patients with breast fiber tumor had breast scirrhoma.The detectable rate of ductal carcinoma from mammary duct papilloma was 2.0%.Cystic hyperplasia of the breast was cured by combination of Chinese and Western medicine.Conclusion：Surgical resection was the only effective method for the treatment of breast fibroma.The breast cystic hyperplasia had the possibility of canceration.Early surgical removal of mammary duct papilloma should be performed.
