2017年江津区儿童贫血状况分析

Analysis of anemia in children in Jiangjin district in 2017

目的:探讨2017年江津区儿童贫血状况,分析相关因素。方法:选择<5岁的健康儿童1 544例,观察各年龄段贫血率和男女儿童之间的贫血率差异以及身高、体重与贫血相关性。结果:贫血发生率为18.65%,0岁组贫血发生率最高。男童贫血发生率为23.86%,明显高于女童的12.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。未发生贫血儿童体重、身高明显优于贫血儿童,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2017年江津区<5岁儿童贫血的发生率较高,且0岁贫血率最高,男童贫血率高于女童,贫血严重影响儿童的身高、体重。

Objective：To explore the status of anemia in children in Jiangjin district in 2017 and analyze the influencing factors.Methods：1 544 cases of healthy children under 5 years of age were selected to observe the anemia rate in each age group,the difference of anemia rate between boys and girls,and the correlation of height,weight and anemia.Results：The incidence of anemia was 18.65%,and the incidence of anemia in the 0 year old group was the highest.The incidence of anemia in boys was 23.86%,which was significantly higher than that in girls（12.86%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The children without anemia were significantly heavier than the children with anemia,the height was significantly higher than the children with anemia,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The incidence of anemia in children under 5 years of age in Jiangjin district in 2017 was higher;the incidence of anemia at 0 years was the highest;incidence of anemia of boys was higher than that of girls;anemia affected the height and weight of children seriously.
