胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术患者33例的护理经验

Nursing experience for 33 cases of patients with esophageal variceal ligation under gastroscopy

目的:探讨胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术患者的护理经验。方法:回顾性分析胃镜下食管静脉曲张套扎术患者33例的临床资料,总结护理经验。结果:33例患者均套扎成功,无严重并发症及麻醉意外的发生。结论:良好的护理措施能够提高食管静脉套扎术成功率,降低手术并发症发生率。

Objective：To explore the nursing experience for patients with esophageal variceal ligation under gastroscopy.Methods：The clinical data of 33 cases of patients with esophageal variceal ligation under gastroscopy were analyzed retrospectively,and the nursing experience was summarized.Results：All of 33 cases of patients had successful ligation without serious complications and accidents.Conclusion：Good nursing measures could improve the success rate of esophageal variceal ligation and reduce the incidence of operative complications.
