复杂性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切割术的围手术期心理护理分析

Analysis of perioperative psychological nursing for patients with complex retinal detachment undergoing vitrectomy

目的:探讨复杂性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切割术的围手术期心理护理效果。方法:收治复杂性视网膜脱离患者64例,所有患者均给予玻璃体切割术治疗。对照组给予常规围手术期护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予心理护理干预,比较两组焦虑、抑郁程度、术后疼痛程度、复位率以及并发症发生率。结果:护理干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于护理干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理干预后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,且复位率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后疼痛程度低于对照组,且眼压升高率、眼睑水肿率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复杂性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切割术的围手术期心理护理可缓解负面情绪,提高视网膜复位率。

Objective：To explore the effect of perioperative psychological nursing for patients with complex retinal detachment undergoing vitrectomy.Methods：64 cases of patients with complex retinal detachment were treated with vitrectomy.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing intervention,and the experiment group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The anxiety degree,depression degree,postoperative pain degree,reduction rate and the incidence of complications were compared between groups.Results：After nursing intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing intervention,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After the intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experiment group were lower than those in the control group,and the reduction rate was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The postoperative pain degree in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group,and the increased rate of intraocular pressure and the rate of eyelid edema was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Perioperative psychological nursing for patients with complex retinal detachment undergoing vitrectomy could relieve the negative emotions and improve the rate of retinal reposition.
