综合护理在神经内科重症监护室中的运用

Application of comprehensive nursing in intensive care unit of neurology department

目的:探究综合护理在神经内科重症监护室中的运用效果。方法:收治神经内科重症患者76例,随机平分两组,分别给予常规护理及综合护理。比较两组患者压疮发生率、SF-36评分(健康调查简表)情况及护理满意度。结果:观察组压疮发生率低于对照组(2.63%VS 28.95%),SF-36评分高于对照组[(86.43±4.27)分VS(53.20±4.12)分],护理满意度高于对照组(86.84%VS 65.79%),且两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对神经内科重症患者实施综合护理,可有效降低患者压疮的概率,提高其生活质量与本院的护理工作质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in neurology intensive care unit.Methods：76 cases of severe patients in neurology department were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Routine nursing and comprehensive nursing were given respectively.The incidence of pressure ulcer,SF-36 score（Health survey short list）and nursing satisfaction were compared between groups.Results：The incidence of pressure sore in the observation group was lower than that of the control group（2.63% VS 28.95%）;the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group[（86.43±4.27）scores VS（53.20±4.12）scores];the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group（86.84%VS 65.79%）;the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing for critically ill patients in neurology department can effectively reduce the risk of pressure ulcers,improve their quality of life and the quality of nursing work in our hospital.
