中医情志护理对老年糖尿病伴发抑郁症患者的应用效果

Application effect of emotion nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on elderly diabetic patients with depression

目的:探讨中医情志护理在老年糖尿病伴发抑郁症患者中的应用及其对患者生活质量的影响。方法:收治老年糖尿病伴发抑郁症患者116例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在此基础上实施中医情志护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗依从性和护理工作满意度均明显高于对照组,HAMD分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理在老年糖尿病伴发抑郁症患者中的应用效果显著,能提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To explore the application effect of emotion nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on elderly diabetic patients with depression and its impact on the quality of life of the patients.Methods：116 elderly diabetic patients with depression were chosen,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given conventional nursing mode,and the observation group added with emotion nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results：In the observation group,the compliance of treatment and the satisfaction of nursing work were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the HAMD score was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of emotion nursing of traditional Chinese medicine on elderly diabetic patients with depression was significant.It can improve the quality of life of the patients.
