摘要
目的:讨论在胃肠镜检查术中流程化护理的应用。方法:收治行胃肠镜检查患者60例,随机分两组,观察组除进行基础护理还进行流程化护理,而对照组只进行基础护理。结果:观察组出现恐惧不安、紧张焦虑和不配合检查的情况要少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的检查时间、麻醉剂用量和出现呼吸不畅的情况要优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:流程化护理在胃肠镜检查术中的应用值得在临床上大力推广。
Objective：To discuss the application of process nursing in gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods：60 patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy were randomly divided into the two groups.The patients in the observation group received basic nursing combined with process nursing.In the control group,only basic nursing was carried out.Results： The observation group in fear,nervous or anxious,and don＇t fit check was less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The examination time,the dosage of anesthetic and respiratory congestion situation of the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of process nursing in gastroenteroscopy is worthy to be popularized clinically.
