医养护结合养老模式下社区护士的能力探讨

Discussion on the ability of community nurses under the mode of medical care and nursing care combined with pension model

目的:探讨医养护结合养老模式下社区护士应具备的职业能力。方法:选取社区护士86名,根据德尔菲法构建的调查问卷为依据,分析研究对象的工作参与情况,探究医养护结合养老模式下社区护士应具备的职业能力。结果:经问卷调查发现,社区护士工作参与情况得分较良好,沟通能力、分级管理能力、慢性病管理能力、健康档案管理能力、健康教育管理能力均是医养护结合养老模式下社区护士应具备的职业能力。结论:医养护结合养老模式下,社区护士应该具备多方面的职业能力与素养,以便提供更加优质、科学的养老服务,为我国养老事业的不断发展奠定基础。

Objective：To investigate the professional ability of community nurses under the mode of medical care and nursing care combined with pension model.Methods：86 community nurses were selected.Based on the questionnaire constructed by Delphy Fa,the work participation of the subjects was analyzed.We investigated the professional ability of community nurses under the mode of medical care and nursing care combined with pension model.Results：Through the questionnaire survey,it was found that the score of community nurses＇ participation was better.Communication ability,grade management ability,chronic disease management ability,health archives management ability and health education management ability were all the professional abilities of community nurses under the mode of medical care and nursing care combined with pension model.Conclusion：Under the medical care and nursing care combined with pension model,community nurses should possess a variety of professional capabilities and qualities in order to provide more quality and scientific services for the elderly and lay a solid foundation for the continuous development of the country＇s endowment.
