摘要 根据江苏电力范围内的电力电容器配置情况及设备故障缺陷数据,从电容器缺陷原因、缺陷部位、缺陷发生时间等维度,深入分析了35 k V电力电容器缺陷,总结规律,其中设备老化是故障发生的主要原因;引线接头、熔丝、电容器本体和串抗是缺陷多发部位,投运10年左右的设备缺陷较多。最后从设备采购、安装调试、运行维护、技改修理等方面提出了建议和措施,以提高电容器设备运行可靠性。 According to the power capacitor configuration and fault data of the device within Jiangsu power grid,the defects of 35 kV power capacitor are analyzed deeply from such aspects as the cause,position and occurrence time of the defects of the capacitor,the rule is summarized.The main reason for the fault is due to aging of the device and such position as lead joint,fuse,capacitor proper and string resistance are those with frequent defect occurrence and the fault for the devices operating over 10 years have many defects.Finally,the suggestion and measures are proposed from such aspects as device purchasing,installation and commissioning,operationmaintenance and repair so to improve operation reliability of the capacitor.
