摘要 针对分布式发电所具有的间歇波动性,以及配电网负荷对电能质量要求的提高,微电网储能为分布式发电接入配电网提供了新的解决方案。通过GTR飞轮储能系统的快速响应,频繁充放特性实现对微网内光伏波动的平滑,并结合实验数据给出储能装置的容量配比。在孤网情况下,通过飞轮储能系统的瞬时功率调节能力实现电源供给和负荷需求的平衡,稳定微电网频率。通过实验证明了GTR飞轮储能系统在平滑光伏波动以及孤网调频方面的有效性。 As for the intermittent fluctuation of the distribution generation and the improvement of the load of distribution grid to the power quality,the microgrid energy storage provides a new solution for the connection of distribution generation to the distribution grid.The photovoltaic smoothing in the microgrid is achieved through such features of the GTR flywheel energy storage system as fast response and frequent charge and discharge,and the capacity matching of the energy storage device is given with combination of experimental data.In case of isolated grid,the balance between power supply and load requirement and stabilization of the microgrid frequency are achieved by way of transient power regulation of the flywheel energy storage system.The effectiveness of the GTR fly wheel system in the field of photovoltaic fluctuation smoothing and frequency regulation of isolated grid is proved by the experiment.
