摘要
在全球能源互联网背景下,电力跨国跨州互联是未来电力系统发展的重要趋势之一。和中国新疆南部相接壤的巴基斯坦国家近年来能源匮乏,电力短缺,已严重影响到了经济的发展和人民生活的改善。而中国新疆地区清洁能源剩余,弃风弃光严重。基于此,在概述巴基斯坦电网发展的基础上,分析了中巴电网互联的可行性,并对电网互联的优势和可能存在的挑战进行了探讨。对日后中巴电网互联实际工程有一定的参考价值。
Under the background of global energy interconnection,power interconnection across counties and continents continent is one of the important trends for the development of power system in the future.Pakistan,bordering to the south of Xinjiang in China,is lack of energy and shortage of power in recent years,which has affected seriously the economy development and the improvement of the people’s life.While,the clean energy in Xijiang of China is surplus and such problem as abandoned wind and solar energy is serious.On the basis of this situation,the feasibility on Sino-Pakistan power interconnection is analyzed based on the description of power development in Pakistan,the advantage and possibly existed challenge for the power interconnection is discussed,which has a definite reference for the actual project of Sino-Pakistan power interconnection.
