全膝关节置换术围手术期规范化疼痛护理管理的实施效果

Implementation Effect of Standardized Pain Nursing Management of the Total Knee Arthroplasty During the Perioperative Period

目的观察全膝关节置换术围手术期规范化疼痛护理管理的实施效果。方法选取2015年3月—2017年6月该院收治的全膝关节置换术患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各组均为31例,分别行常规护理管理和围手术期规范化疼痛护理管理,比较两组疼痛改善情况、疼痛控制指标变化及护理满意度。结果试验组术后1、2、3、5、7 d的VAS评分具显著低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组膝关节屈曲90°时间、首次下地时间均明显长于试验组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组护理满意度,试验组高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全膝关节置换术围手术期规范化疼痛护理管理有利于减轻术后疼痛,恢复关节功能,提高护理质量,值得在临床中大力推广和普及应用。

Objective To observe the implementation effect of standardized pain nursing management of the total knee arthroplasty during the perioperative period. Methods 62 cases of patients with total knee arthroplasty admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each,respectively used the routine nursing management and standardized pains nursing management during the perioperative period, and the improvement of pains, changes of pain control indicators and nursing satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS scores in 1,2,3,5 d and 7 d after surgery n the test group were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）, and the 90 degree flexion time of knee joint, and first time to get out of bed in the control group were obviously longer than those in the test group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the test group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The standardized pain nursing management of the total knee arthroplasty during the perioperative period is conductive to reducing the postoperative pains, recovering the joint function and improving the nursing quality, and it is worth great promotion and application in clinic.
