摘要
目的实现护理项目工作量的标准化统计,以此作为护理绩效分配的主要依据。方法从HIS系统提取、梳理护理相关项目,以静脉注射直接护理时间作为标准化的主要依据设定项目权重,根据上一年度奖金发放与工作量情况计算标准工作量单价,通过提取每月护理项目工作量计算当月绩效工资发放额度。结果实现了护理项目工作量的标准化统计,形成了护理绩效分配新模式。结论标准化工作量法有利于解决护士收入与业务收入挂钩的问题,具有科学、可量化、操作简便的特点,为公立医院绩效管理改革提供了参考。
Objective To realize the standardized statistics of workload of nursing projects and use the data as the major basis for the nursing performance allocation. Methods The nursing related projects were extracted and combed from the HIS system, and the project weight was set according to the direct nursing time of intravenous injection, and the Standard workload univalent was calculated according to the bonus issue last year and workload, and the issuing amount of performance salary in the same month was calculated by extracting the workload of nursing projects every month. Results The standardized statistics of workload of nursing projects were realized thus forming the new model of nursing performance allocation.Conclusion The standardized unit-of-production method is conductive to solving the problem of incomes of nurse and business incomes, with scientific, measurable, and simple operation features, thus providing reference for the performance management reform in the public hospitals.
