追踪法在膝关节置换术后护理质量管理中的应用

Application of Tracing Method in the Nursing Quality Management after the Knee Joint Replacement

目的探讨对膝关节置换术患者给予护理质量管理过程中,分析追踪法的应用价值。方法选择该院2015年8月—2017年6月收治的80例膝关节置换术患者作为实验对象;采用数字奇偶法分组;临床研究管理方案期间,对照组(40例):采用传统评价方法进行护理质量管理;观察组(40例):采用追踪法进行护理质量管理;最终就两组膝关节置换术患者Lysholm评分、住院时间、护理质量评分、患者满意度以及术后并发症发生率展开对比。结果同对照组膝关节置换术患者Lysholm评分、住院时间以及护理质量评分对比,观察组获得明显改善(P<0.05);同对照组膝关节置换术患者满意度以及术后并发症发生率对比,观察组获得明显改善(P<0.05)。结论对于膝关节置换术患者在施以护理质量管理期间,有效选择追踪法完成,于Lysholm评分提升、住院时间减少、护理质量评分提升、患者满意度提升以及术后并发症减少几方面可以获得理想效果。

Objective To analyze the application value of tracing method in the nursing quality management after the knee joint replacement. Methods 80 cases of patients with knee joint replacement admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each, the control group used the traditional evaluation method for nursing quality management, while the observation group used the tracing method for nursing quality management, finally, the Lysholm score, length of stay, nursing quality score, satisfactory degree and incidence rate of complications after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The Lysholm score, length of stay and nursing quality score in the observation group were obviously improved compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree and incidence rate of complications after surgery were obviously improved compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The tracing method during the nursing quality management in patients with knee joint replacement can improve the Lysholm score, nursing quality score and satisfactory degree of patients and reduce the length of stay and postoperative complication, and it can obtain an ideal effect.
