摘要
目的探究分层结合绩效考核管理在内科病房中的应用效果。方法设立内科的科室护士层级,并对岗位职责进行划分,对比实施分层结合绩效考核管理前后护理质量以及护理满意度。结果实施分层结合绩效考核管理后,科室护理质量得到了显著的提升(P<0.05);且护理满意度也相比较实施前更高(P<0.05)。结论在内科病房中实施护士分层结合绩效考核管理,不仅可以有效提升护理质量,而且能够取得较高的护理满意度,值得在临床上推广及应用。
Objective To study the application effect of nurse layer combined with performance examination and management in the ward in the department of internal medicine. Methods The nurse layer in the department of internal medicine was set, and the post duty was divided, and the nursing quality and nursing satisfactory degree were compared before and after the implementation of nurse layer and performance examination. Results After the implementation, the department nursing quality was obviously improved(P〈0.05), and the nursing satisfactory degree was higher than that before the implementation(P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nurse layer combined with performance examination in the department of internal medicine can effectively improve the nursing quality and obtain a higher nursing satisfactory degree, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
