摘要
目的探析护理管理中应用能级对应人力资源管理(HRM)模式的临床效果。方法选取2015年9月—2017年9月医院外科的30名护理人员,结合护理人员的学历、职称等划分为4个等级,依照能力竞争上岗,对此种模式应用前后的效果进行对比分析。结果应用能级应对模式后,患者和护理人员的满意度均显著提升,护理质量提高明显,与应用前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将HRM模式中的能级应对管理运用在临床护理管理中可行性高,能够增强患者与护理人员的满意度,值得推荐。
Objective To study the clinical effect of energy-level corresponding human resources management model in the nursing management. Methods 30 cases of nursing staff in the department of surgery admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected and divided into four levels according to the academic level and professional title of nursing staff, and the effect before and after the implementation of the model was compared and analyzed.Results After the implementation, the satisfactory degree of patients and nursing staff obviously increased, and the nursing quality was obviously improved, and the difference was obvious, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The feasibility of energy-level corresponding management in the HRM model in the clinical nursing management is high, which can enhance the satisfactory degree of patients and nursing staff, and it is worth recommendation.
