摘要
住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育中最重要的阶段,需要全新的教学管理理念,科学的管理手段和先进的管理工具,才能为医院培养合适的医学人才打牢根基。该研究根据广州中医药大学第一附属医院的继续教育管理需求,开发出一款符合国际标准,具有移动性、开放性、可靠性、可扩展性和可定制化的APP应用系统。系统自上线应用以来,平稳可靠,操作简便,基本满足中医院规范化陪训基地的实际需求。
The standardized training of residents is the most important phase of medical students after education, which needs the new teaching and management idea, and the scientific management means and advanced management tool can lay foundation for the education of proper medical talents in the hospital. The paper develops an APP application system meeting to the international standards with the mobile, open, reliable, expansion and customizable features according to the continuous education management demands of our hospital. Since it is online, the system basically meets the practical demands of standardized training base in the hospital of TCM, and it is steady, reliable and simple.
