多级圆柱齿轮减速器一体化结构系统显式动力学仿真研究

摘要 以三级减速器系统为研究对象,在全工况下对其整体进行动力学仿真,研究考虑减速器各级齿轮轴之间的弯扭变形、弯曲变形引起的应力、应变等耦合特性下的动力学性能。通过Pro/E软件建立齿轮减速器的一体化结构模型。基于接触碰撞数值算法,合理设置各参数量值,通过LS-DYNA显式动力学软件对齿轮减速器进行虚拟仿真,得到减速器各部分零部件应力云图与动态曲线结果。通过高速轴齿面接触应力的理论计算结果与虚拟仿真结果对比可知,其结果符合理论分析,说明此方法的正确性。 By simulating all possible operating conditions,this study examines the dynamic performance of a three-stage reducer system when the coupling process such as stress or strain occurs resulting from bending and deformation of gear shafts.Firstly,an integrated structural model of a gear reducer was built through Pro/E software.Then,based on the numerical algorithm of contact-impact,the parameters were properly set.Next,the virtual software of the gear reducer was simulated through the LS-DYNA explicit dynamics software,based on which,the stress cloud diagram and dynamic curve of the parts of the reducer were obtained.The comparison between the theoretical calculation results and the simulation results of the high-speed shaft tooth's contact stress show that the results are in line with theoretical analysis,and thus the method is valid.
