摘要 针对传统充电桩的内部模块结构分散,无法实现多通道电能计量和监控的问题,提出一种多通道电能计量芯片的220V交流充电桩的多路电能计量和充电监控系统。系统以STM32F107为主控内核,ADE7816为多通道电流、电压和功率计量芯片,实现了多通道独立充电和电能计量,并且可以检测过流、过压和过零。通过系统功能设计、硬件电路设计和软件系统设计,开发了所设计系统的原型。经过测试,该系统可以同时实现多充电端口独立充电,具备充电过程实时监控等设计功能。 The internal modular structure of traditional charging piles is usually dispersed,and it cannot realize the multi-channel energy metering and monitoring.To optimize the charging piles,this paper proposes a multi-channel energy metering and charging monitoring system for 220 VAC charging piles with multi-channel energy metering chips.Consisting of a core,STM32 F107,and a chip,ADE7816,that can measure multi-channel current,voltage,and power,the proposed system can implement multi-channel independent charging and energy metering,as well as error detecting such as over-current,over-voltage,and zero-crossings.The prototype of the system was developed by designing the system function,hardware circuit,and software system.The testing results show that the system can charge multiple charging ports independently at the same time,and it can also monitor the charging process in real-time.
