摘要
本实验旨在研究饲料中添加紫甘蓝粗提物对Arbor Arbor肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数及肉质的影响。选取1日龄的Arbor Arbor雄性肉仔鸡150只,随机分为3个处理组,每组5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,在实验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的日粮中分别添加紫甘蓝提取物100m L/Kg(试验Ⅰ组)、200m L/Kg(试验Ⅱ组)。试验期49d。在试验第21、35和49日龄分别称重、计算采食量并屠宰采集胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊,计算器官指数,第49日龄屠宰取样检测肉质。结果表明:试验Ⅱ组料重比显著降低(P<0.05),7周龄时体重显著提高(P<0.05),21日龄,试验Ⅰ组的胸腺指数显著提高(P<0.05);49日龄试验Ⅰ组的法氏囊指数显著提高(P<0.05);49日龄时,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的胸肌剪切力显著降低(P<0.05);试验Ⅱ组的胸肌蒸煮损失显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组胸肌熟肉率显著增加(P<0.05)。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary- crude extracts of purple cabbage on growth per- formance, immune organ index and meat quality- of Arbor Arbor broilers. The 1 day- old Arbor Arbor male broilers of 150, were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates of 10 birds per replicate. The control group was fed with basal diet, and the purple cabbage extract 100mL/Kg (test group) and 200mL/Kg (Group II) were added in the diet of experiment group. The test period is 49 day-s. At the 21st, 35th and 49th day- of the experiment were weighed, the feed intake was calculated and slaughtered to collect thymus, spleen and bursa of Fabricius, and the organ index was calculated. The results showed that the weight ratio of test group ]I was significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the body weight was significantly increased at 7 weeks ( P 〈 0.05), and the thymus index was significantly increased at 21 days and 9 ( P 〈 0.05). At the age of 49 days, the shear strength of the thoracic muscle was significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ) in the experimental group I and ]I ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the rate of thoracic muscle cooking was significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ).
