葛根异黄酮类化合物药理作用的研究进展

随着中药药理学逐步深入的研究,葛根素的药理作用也已大都被证实,同时葛根素在人体内具有分布快、疗效好、毒性低、无残留等优点,目前已被研制成各种制剂并广泛应用于多种疾病的治疗之中,本文就葛根素在心肌超微结构、血管内皮细胞、泡沫细胞的形成、细胞黏附和黏附因子的表达、血管平滑肌细胞增殖、血流速度、血细胞黏附及血栓形成等方面的作用作以综述。

With the gradual and in - depth study of pharmacology of traditionaChinese medicine the pharmacological effects of Puerarin are mostly eolffirmed. At the same time, Ge Gen - su has the advantages of fast distribution, good curative effect, low toxicity,no residue and so on. At present, various preparations have been developed and widely used in the treatment of vari- ous diseases. In this paper, puerarin is in the myocardial ultrastrueture. The structure, vascular endothelial cells, the forma- tion of foam cells,celladhesion and expression of adhesion factors, ty, blood cell adhesion and thrombosis are reviewed.
