广西龙江干流环境影响回顾性评价

摘要 龙江是西江一级支流柳江的最大支流。开展龙江流域环境影响回顾性评价,回顾龙江干流开发对流域环境造成的影响,总体上把握流域开发活动对流域环境的干扰程度及环境的承受压力。分析存在的主要环境问题,并提出针对性补救措施,优化工程总体布局和调度运行方式,在龙江流域规划继续实施中尽量减轻环境影响,提高综合环境效益。 Longjiang River is the largest tributary of Liujiang River, a branch of Xijiang River. Retrospective environ-mental impact evaluation was conducted to review the impact from development of Longjiang river basin, evaluatethe interference degree of development activities and environmental pressure, analyze the major environmental prob-lems, put forward corresponding remedies, optimize the general layout and operation mode of project, and reduce asfar as possible the impact and improve the comprehensive environmental benefit in the course of continuously imple-menting the Longjiang river basin planning.
