三级医院注册护士沟通能力与核心能力的相关性研究

The correlation analysis between core competence and communication ability of registered nurses in three-level hospital

目的了解三级医院注册护士核心能力和沟通能力现状,分析护士核心能力与沟通能力的相关性,为医院护理培训提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士核心能力量表(CIRN)和临床护士沟通能力量表,采用便利抽样随机分层的方法对新疆、甘肃、河北、湖北四个地区7所三级甲等医院2 068名注册护士进行调查。结果注册护士的核心能力平均得分及得分率分别为(159.24±29.837)分、56.87%;护士沟通能力总平均得分及得分率分别为(80.83±11.912)分、72.17%。患者核心能力各因子与沟通能力各因子Pearson相关分析呈正相关(P<0.05)。多元回归分析结果显示:核心能力中的教育、咨询、领导能力、批判性思维和专业发展因子对患者的沟通能力有影响。结论加强对护士的教育、咨询、领导能力、批判性思维能力的培养,促进护士的专业发展,可在一定程度上提高护士的临床沟通能力。

Objective To investigate the core competence and communication ability of registered nurses in threelevel hospital,and to analyzes the correlation between core competence and communication ability of nurses for providing reference for hospital nursing training.Methods Forms of general information,CIRN and nurses＇ clinic communication capability scale was applied to investigate 2068 registered nurses in seven three-level hospitals from provinces of Xinjiang,Gansu,Hebei and Hubei.The sampling method is Convenience sampling and Stochastic hierarchy.Results The averaged core competence scores of registered nurses is（159.24±29.837）,The averaged communication ability scores of registered nurses is（80.83±11.912）,Each factors of core competence has positively related with each factors of communication ability（P0.05）,The multiple linear regression is showed that education,consultation,leadership critical thinking and professional development of core competence have influence on the communication ability.Conclusion To strengthen the education,consultation,leadership,critical thinking ability of nurses,and promote the professional development of nurses,So we can improve the clinical communication ability of nurses in a certain extent.
