基于德尔菲法的重症病毒性脑炎后遗症儿童延续性护理模式的构建

Construction of continuous care model for children with severe viral encephalitis sequela based on Delphi method

目的运用德尔菲法(Delphi)构建重症病毒性脑炎(SVE)后遗症儿童延续性护理模式。方法参考相关文献,采用德尔菲法对15名专家进行两轮函询,根据函询结果,最终确立SVE后遗症儿童的延续性护理模式。结果经过两轮函询后,专家积极系数为100%,专家的权威系数(Cr)分别为0.86,各级指标的协调系数(W)分别为0.241、0.204,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);最终确定的延续性护理模式包括4个一级指标和25个二级指标。结论本研究结果可靠,具有科学性,形成的方案具有创新性、实用性,可以为儿科护理工作提供依据和参考。

Objective To establish continuing mode for sequelae of children with severe viral encephalitis（SVE）based on Delphi technique.Methods By referring to document literatures,the frame contents of continuing mode for sequelae of SVE children were preliminary established.Delphi technique was used two-round consultation of 15 experts.According to the results of consultation,it was finally established continuing nursing mode.Results After the two-round consultation,the active coefficient of experts was 100%,and the degree of specialist authority（Cr）was 0.86,the coordination indexes（W）at every level were respectively 0.241 and 0.204.there was significant difference（P0.05）.It was finally determined that in the continuing plan,4 first-class indexes and 25 second-class indexes were included.Conclusion The research result is reliable and scientific,The plan established is innovative and practicable,which may provide basis references for pediatric nursing.
