摘要 目的:制定肾茶中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法进行了线性关系、准确度、精密度、不同产地、不同部位以及试验条件的考察来建立肾茶中总黄酮的含量测定的方法,测定了9个不同产地22批肾茶中总黄酮的含量。结果:22批样品总黄酮的含量分别为16.07%、17.58%、15.42%、14.04%、17.43%、15.75%、11.93%、19.71%、17.65%、16.20%、17.98%、24.39%、12.28%、15.70%、18.31%、17.19%、16.79%、10.38%、26.21%、30.66%、23.44%、14.00%;5批不同部位总黄酮的含量按茎分别为:11.11%、11.74%、9.51%、12.59%、13.41%;按叶分别为26.57%、25.84%、20.07%、32.67%、35.07%,结果显示不同产地及不同部位样品中总黄酮的含量有差异。重复性实验的相对标准偏差为0.060%,回收率为95.13%~100.01%,标准品芦丁在2~48μg的范围内线性关系良好,r2=0.9998,符合要求。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为检验肾茶中总黄酮的含量的一种手段,适用于肾茶的日常分析和质量控制。 Objective To establish the method for content determination of total flavonoids in clerodendranthus spicatus. Method Method for the determination of the content of UV spectrophotometry was used for linearity,repeatability,precision and recovery rate,different areas,different parts and test conditions to establish the total flavonoids in Clerodendranthus,The content of total flavonoids from 9 different areas in 22 batches in Clerodendranthus. Results The content of total flavonoids in 22 batches of samples was16. 07%,17. 58%,15. 42%,14. 04%,17. 43%,15. 75%,11. 93%,19. 71%,17. 65%,16. 20%,17. 98%,24. 39%,12. 28%,15. 70%,18. 31%,17. 19%,16. 79%,10. 38%,26. 21%,30. 66%,23. 44%,14. 00%; The contents of total flavonoids in 5 batches were: 11. 11%,11. 74%,9. 51%,12. 59% and 13. 41%,respectively. The leaves were 26. 57%,25. 84%,20. 07%,32. 67% and 35. 07%,respectively. showed that there are differences in content of total flavonoids in samples from different habitats and different parts of the. The relative standard deviation of repeatability experiment is 0. 060%,and the recovery rate is95. 13% ~ 100. 01%. The rutin standard is linear in the range of 2 ~ 48 μg,r2= 0. 9998,which meets the requirements. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,can be used as a means to test the content of total flavonoids in Clerodendranthus,suitable for routine analysis and quality control of c. spicatus.
