针刺干预呃逆从肺论治的临床观察

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Acupuncture

目的:观察针刺干预呃逆从肺论治的临床疗效。方法:选取62例呃逆患者作为研究,随机分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组选取膻中、中脘、膈俞、内关、合谷、足三里等穴;观察组在对照组所选腧穴的基础上再配以肺俞、中府、太渊、迎香穴。以呃逆症状评分量表为观察指标,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗第3 d、7 d后的呃逆症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗呃逆从肺论治能有效提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on the treatment of hiccups from lung. Methods The 62 subjects that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group chose shan zhong,zhong wan,phrena,internal customs,valley,foot three li,etc. The treatment group was based on the selected acupoints of the control group with the lung shu,zhongfu,taiyuan and yingxiang cave. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared with the score scale of hiccups. Results The scores of hiccups in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Total efficiency of treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Aacupuncture and moxibustion therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy.
