温氏针法联合西医治疗急性缺血性脑卒中24例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of 24 cases of Acute ischemic Stroke in Western Medicine Treated by Wen' sacupuncture combined with Western Medicine

目的:评估温氏针法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的临床疗效。方法:将48例AIS患者随机分为对照组和观察组各24例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组采用西医常规治疗配合头针、耳针治疗,观察治疗后两组颅脑CT结果、NIHSS评分、临床疗效。结果:与对照组比较,观察组的脑梗塞体积明显缩小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后第7、14 d,治疗组NIHSS积分较对照组显著减小(P<0.05);观察组的愈显率和总有效率显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:温氏针法能缩小AIS患者的梗塞体积,减轻其神经功能缺损程度,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Wen＇s acupuncture on acute ischemic stroke（ AIS）. Methods 48 patients with AIS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,all the 24 cases,the treatment group treated with conventional western medicine with scalp needle,ear needle,control group treated by routine western medicine,observe the two groups after treatment,NIHSS score,clinical curative effect of cerebral CT results. Results Compared with the control group,the volume of cerebral infarction in the treatment group was significantly reduced,and its difference was significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. In the 7 th and 14 th days after treatment,NIHSS scores in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with the control group（ P 0. 05）. The apparent rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly increased（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The method can reduce the infarct volume of AIS patients,reduce the degree of neurological defects,improve the clinical efficacy,and be worthy of clinical promotion.
