前列舒通胶囊联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗精液不液化54例临床观察

Clinical Observationof the Treatment of Semen Uliquefaction by the Qianlie Shutong Capsule Combined with Acetylcysteine: 54 Cases

目的:观察前列舒通胶囊联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗精液不液化的临床效果。方法:选取精液不液化患者108例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各54例。对照组口服乙酰半胱氨酸片,研究组在对照组基础上联合前列舒通胶囊。1个疗程后,比较两组疗效、不良反应及治疗前后精液液化时间。结果:研究组总有效率为92.6%,显著高于对照组的75.9%,治疗后精液液化时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:前列舒通胶囊联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗精液不液化的临床效果显著,可促进精液液化,且安全性佳,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with acetylcysteine treating 54 cases semen uliquefaction. Methods 108 cases of semen uliquefactionselected in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and research group,each 54 patients. Patients in control group were given acetylcysteine,and patients in research group were given Qianlie Shutong capsule based on the control group. After one course,efficacy,adverse reactions,the time of patients＇ semen Liquefaction before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of researchgroup was 92. 6%,which was significantly higher than that of control group 75. 9%,after treatment,the time of semen Liquefactionof research group were significantly shorter than that of control group,and the difference have statistical sense,there was no significant difference in the prevalence of adverse effects between two groups. Conclusion The effect of Qianlie Shutong capsule combined with acetylcysteine treating 54 cases semen uliquefaction was remarkable,and it can benefit semen liquefaction,and have good safety,it is worthy of clinical application.
