中西医结合治疗跖跗关节脱位—骨折(附54例报告)

Treatment of the Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Fracture-dislocation of the Tarsometatarsal Joint(Report of 54 Cases)

跖跗关节损伤比较少见,多以直接暴力所引起。国外对此种损伤的分类比较复杂,不易掌握,不便于临床运用;国内有些分类下够全面,所以我们按移位方向分为背侧、跖侧、内侧、外侧和分叉型。并且运用中西医结合疗法治疗54例,其优良率为83.3%。

Fracture-dislocation of the tarsometatarsal joint is seen very little.It is caused by direct vio- lence.This kind of fracture-dislocation is divided more complexly in other countries,It is very difficult to master it and not easy to use in clinical diagnosis.In China some of them are not comprehensive enough.So we divided this into back side,metatarsal side,inside,outside and branch side with moving direction.And fifty-four cases were treated by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine with good results.And 83.3 percent of the cases got better results.
