深水送入管柱导向系统力学性能及影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 根据深水送入管柱导向下入的作业特点,考虑复杂海洋环境载荷影响及多点约束特征,建立了深水送入管柱-导向环-导向绳的耦合动力学分析模型,并对送入管柱、导向绳的力学性能参数及影响规律开展了研究。以我国南海流花区自营深水井X井为例进行计算分析,结果表明:送入管柱的等效应力自上而下呈现逐渐减小的趋势,X井送入管柱的力学性能满足作业要求;导向系统对送入管柱的横向位移有较强的约束作用,送入管柱顶端和导向环作用区域出现应力突变的现象;导向环数量和导向绳预张力的增加有利于控制送入管柱的横向位移和回接连接器切入角,降低送入管柱的应力水平,提高导向下入过程的安全等级。本文研究成果可为深水送入管柱导向下入的安全作业提供参考。 According to the operating features while guided running of deep water landing strings,a coupling dynamic analysis model involving deep water landing strings,guided rings,and guided ropes has been built with consideration of complex marine environment load and multi-point constraints,which was used for research of mechanical parameters of landing strings and guided ropes and their influence laws.A deep water well in the Liuhua block of the South China Sea,under the jurisdiction of China,was selected for calculation analysis,suggesting that the equivalent stress of landing strings gradually decreases from top to bottom and in this case,its mechanical properties are suitable for operations;the guidance system constrains largely the lateral displacement of landing strings,and stress mutations are found on the top of strings and the active zone of the guided ring;the increase in both the number of guide rings and tension in the guide rope are favorable for the control over the lateral displacement of the landing strings and the tilt angle of the tie-back connector and the reduction of the stress level of landing strings,thereby improving the safety level under guided running.The research can provide a theoretical basis and engineering reference for safe operation of landing strings while guided running.
