摘要
曹妃甸11-6油田海管更换临时生产项目须使用"滨海607"油轮,该油轮若采取常规抛锚带缆方式系泊,则会存在操作时间长且锚位滑移后可能撞击试采平台和采油平台的风险,也无法避免触碰海底电缆和管线的风险。为保护现有海上设施,同时保障临时生产的外输安全,通过对比现有的不同靠泊方式的使用条件及优缺点,创新性提出了采用穿梭油轮船艏使用大抓力锚系泊、船艉采用双缆和移动式试采平台连接的三点系泊方式,采用MOSES软件建模并进行了各种环境条件、压载工况下的系泊力分析,论证了该方案的可行性,并在曹妃甸11-6油田临时生产原油外输项目中得以成功实施。现场实践结果表明,该系泊方式布置简单,大抓力锚抓地牢固,穿梭油轮可灵活解脱,可快速回收,油田内无需建造固定设施,且施工时间短,作业成本低,外输作业安全可靠,对今后海上油田开发类似工程具有重要借鉴意义。
As for the"Binhai 607"shuttle tanker used in the temporary production project while replacing subsea pipelines in the CFD11-6 oilfield,if applied with a regular anchor mooring mode,it possibly should face prolonged operation time and risks of collisions with pilot-production and production platforms after the anchor slipping away,and the risks of hitting undersea cables and pipelines are unavoidable.In order to protect existing offshore facilities and guarantee outward transport safety during temporary production,an innovative three-point mooring mode with a high holding power anchor to grip the bow and double cables tied onto the stern was proposed through comparing with all existing mooring methods in terms of usable conditions and their own advantages and disadvantages.And further a model built by the MOSES software was used for analysis of mooring force under various environments and loading conditions,having proven the feasibility of this plan,which was afterwards successfully applied in the temporary oil outward transport project in the CFD11-6 oilfield.Field practices suggests that this mooring mode with simple arrangement can firmly grip the ground by the high holding power anchor,which leads to the flexible detachment and rapid recycle of shuttle tankers and requires no fixtures in the field for holding,and its advantages of short construction time,low operational costs,and safe and reliable outward transport operations are prominent,which is of great significance for similar development projects of offshore oil and gas fields in the future.
