精神分裂症患者短时和瞬时记忆因子与精神症状严重性的关系

The relationship between short-term and transient memory factors and the severity of mental symptoms in schizophrenia patients

目的研究精神分裂症患者短时和瞬时记忆因子与精神症状严重性的关系。方法将112例精神分裂症患者根据疾病类型分为首发组57例,慢性组55例。采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)评估两组精神症状严重情况,同时采用韦氏记忆量表(WMS)的短时和瞬时记忆量表评估两组短时和瞬时记忆情况。并作相关性分析。结果首发组PANSS阳性症状评分高于慢性组,而阴性症状评分低于慢性组(P<0.05)。首发组WMS图片回忆、视觉再认、联想学习、倒背数字评分均低于慢性组(P<0.05)。精神分裂症患者WMS图片回忆、视觉再认、联想学习、倒背数字与PANSS阳性症状评分均呈负相关,而与阴性症状评分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者短时和瞬时记忆因子与精神症状严重性存在密切相关,且与阳性症状评分均呈负相关关系,而与阴性症状评分均呈正相关关系。值得临床重点关注。

Objective To study and analyze the relationship between short-term and transient memory factors and the severity of mental symptoms in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 112 patients with schizophrenia were divided into the first-onset group of 57 patients and the chronic group of 55 patients according to the type of diseases. Positive and Negative Syndrome Scales（ PANSS） were used to assess the severity of the two groups of psychiatric symptoms. Meanwhile,both short-term and transient memory conditions were assessed by the Wechsler Memory Scale（ WMS） short-term and instantaneous memory scales,and used for correlation analysis. Results The PANSS positive symptom score of the first-onset group was higher than that of the chronic group,while the negative symptom score was lower than that of the chronic group（ P〈0. 05）. The WMS picture recall,visual recognition,association learning and backward digital scores of the first-onset group were all lower than those of the chronic group（ P〈0. 05）. The WMS picture recall,visual recognition,association learning,back-fall figures of schizophrenia patients were negatively correlated with PANSS positive scores, and positively correlated with negative symptom scores（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Short-term and transient memory factors in schizophrenic patients are closely related to the severity of psychiatric symptoms,and they are negatively correlated with positive symptom scores,and are positively correlated with negative symptom scores. It need clinical attention.
