摘要
单宁锗精矿中存在有大量的锌、铅等有价金属,造成单宁锗含锗品位低的同时,也造成了有价金属的大量流失。研究过程中采用氯化铵低温浸出、草酸回收单宁,可以使单宁锗中的锌回收率达到92%,铅回收率达到93%,锗品位提高5倍以上,单宁经酸化处理进行沉锗,经计算回收率达到60%。
There is a large amount of zinc, lead and other valuable metals in the tannin-germanium concentrates,which lead to the low grade of germanium in tannin germanium and the loss of valuable metals.In the study, with the methods of ammonium chloride leaching at low temperature and recycling tannin and oxalic acid, the recovery rate of zinc in tannin germanium is up to 92%, while that of lead reaches 93%, and the content of germanium increases by more than five times, according to calculation, the recovery rate of tannin reached 60%, after acidizing tannin and precipitating germanium.
