摘要 介绍了龙门转运系统的组成、结构特点及其功能。同时,详细介绍了龙门转运系统的工作流程以及整个系统的控制及操作过程。重点描述了龙门转运车和提升梁,指出其可靠性和稳定性对车间生产和铝电解多功能机组正常工作的重要作用。针对整个系统进行了可靠性设计,并结合实际工况给出可靠性设计要求和整个系统的可靠度计算方法。 The composition, structural features and functions of the gantry transport system are introduced. Meanwhile, the work flow, the control and operation process of the gantry transport system are introduced in detail. This paper mainly describes the gantry transporter and lifting beam, and points out that its reliability and stability play an important role in the production of workshop and the normal work of the pot tending machine and workshop production. The reliability design of the whole system is also carried out. The reliability design requirements and the calculation method are proposed with the actual working conditions to the gantry transport system.
