Clinical features and progress in the diagnosis and treatment of isolated gastric Crohn's disease

单纯性胃克罗恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)临床罕见,临床医师对其临床特点了解甚少,易导致该病延迟诊断和误诊。本文回顾性分析了Pub Med数据库及万方数据库可获取全文的单纯性胃CD相关文献,旨在总结单纯性胃CD的临床特点,以期早期诊断、避免误诊和不必要的手术。

Isolated gastric Crohn＇s disease（ CD） is clinically rare. The clinicians have little knowledge of its clinical features,which can easily lead to delay diagnosis and misdiagnosis of it. This article retrospectively analyzed the literature on isolated gastric CD that can be obtained from the Pub Med database and the Wanfang database,aiming to summarize the clinical features of isolated gastric CD,with a view to early diagnosis,avoiding misdiagnosis and unnecessary surgery.
