Discussion on Related Strategies of Hospital Public Health Management

目的探讨医院公共卫生管理相关策略,使医院的公共卫生管理功能得到充分发挥,提高医院的公共卫生服务水平。方法参照《中共中央国务院关于深化医药卫生体制改革的意见》中关于公共卫生管理工作的指导,与我国医院的公共卫生管理现状相结合,总结分析所存在的不足之处,制定相应改进措施。结果公共卫生管理、运行、监督机制的不完善,管理人员的专业素养的缺乏及不健全的公共卫生控制机制是医院公共卫生工作水平低下的主要原因。结论建立完善的医院公共卫生管理体系,是促进公共卫生事业发展的关键所在,是维护人民群众健康的保证。

Objective To explore strategies related to public health management in hospitals so that the public health management functions of the hospital can be fully utilized to improve the level of public health services in hospitals. Methods With reference to the guidance of ＂Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health Care System＂ on public health management work, combine with the present situation of the public health management of hospitals in China, summarize and analyze the deficiencies, and formulate corresponding improvement measures. Results The main reasons for the low level of public health work in hospitals are the imperfections of public health management, operation, and supervision mechanisms, the lack of professional quality of managers, and unsound public health control mechanisms. Conclusion The establishment of a sound hospital public health management system is the key to promoting the development of the public health undertaking and is the guarantee for safeguarding the health of the people.
