摘要
随着中国科技的发展和医学知识的进步,人们对医疗水平的要求也在逐渐提高,医院是为患者服务的专门机构,其中聚集着大量的医学方面的高素质人才,是知识密集型单位。有些医院在人力资源管理方面存在一些不足之处,限制着医院的进一步发展,而人力资源也是医院最重要的资源,是医院医疗水平的保证,因此科学的人力资源管理实施基础,关于医院人力资源管理的应对策略,是医院在医疗市场环境中具备竞争力的重要因素。怎样做好人力资源管理,是医院生存、发展的重要课题。文章主要对医院人力资源管理面临的挑战和应对策略进行分析研究。
With the development of China's science and technology and the progress of medical knowledge, the requirements for medical level are increasing gradually. The hospital is a specialized agency for the service of the patients. Among them, a large number of high quality personnel in medicine are gathered, which are knowledge intensive units. Some hospitals have some shortcomings in human resource management, which restrict the further development of the hospital. Human resources are also the most important resources in the hospital. It is the guarantee of the medical level of the hospital. Therefore, the scientific human resource management implementation basis and the coping strategies of the hospital human resources management are important factors of competitiveness in the market environment for hospitals. How to manage human resources well is an important topic for the survival and development of hospitals. This article mainly analyzes and studies the challenges and coping strategies of hospital human resource management.
