单侧椎弓根旁入路经皮椎体成形术治疗下胸椎压缩性骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究单侧椎弓根旁入路经皮椎体成形术治疗下胸椎压缩性骨折的效果。方法选取我院收治的40例下胸椎压缩性骨折患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各20例,对照组接受单侧椎弓根入路经皮椎体成形术治疗,观察组接受单侧椎弓根旁侧入路经皮椎体成形术治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组不良反应率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论单侧椎弓根旁入路经皮椎体成形术治疗下胸椎压缩性骨折疗效显著。 Objective To study the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty via unilateral extrapedicular approach in the treatment of lower thoracic compression fractures. Methods 40 patients with lower thoracic compression fracture were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 20 cases in each group. The control group received unilateral pedicle transpedicular percutaneous vertebroplasty, and the observation group received percutaneous vertebroplasty via unilateral extrapedicular approach, and observed the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the overall satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty via unilateral extrapedicular aapproach in the treatment of lower thoracic compression fractures has obvious curative effect.
