低温等离子技术切除治疗儿童扁桃体及腺样体肥大的疗效

The Curative Effect of Low Temperature Plasma Technology on Tonsil and Adenoid Hypertrophy in Children

目的总结低温等离子技术切除治疗儿童扁桃体及腺样体肥大的效果和安全性。方法选择136例扁桃体及腺样体肥大儿童患者,根据手术治疗方案不同分为对照组(n=101,常规手术治疗)、观察组(n=35,采取低温等离子切除术治疗)。结果组间指标对比,观察组均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论低温等离子切除治疗儿童扁桃体及腺样体肥大安全性、有效性价值突出。

Objective To summarize the effect and safety of lowtemperature plasma technology in treating tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy in children. Methods 136 cases of tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy in children patients, according to different surgical treatment, were divided into control group（n =101, conventional surgery）, and observation group（n =35, low temperature plasma resection）. Results Compared with the control group, the indicators in observation group were better, P〈0.05. Conclusion Low temperature plasma resection is effective in the safety and efficacy of tonsil and adenoid hypertrophy.
