艾灸治疗肾性脾肾阳虚型下肢水肿的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation on Moxibustion in Nephrotic Lower Extremity Edema Patients of Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Type

目的观察艾灸治疗肾性脾肾阳虚型下肢水肿患者的疗效。方法选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院肾内科脾肾阳虚型肾性下肢水肿的住院患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,对照组仅予常规治疗护理。试验组在常规治疗的基础上,艾灸足三里、复溜穴,1周后观察两组患者中医症候量化积分改变情况及水肿情况。结果治疗后试验组总有效率96.7%,对照组总有效率86.7%,且两组患者在艾灸前后中医症候量化积分的改变及水肿程度的比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾灸治疗肾性脾肾阳虚型患者下肢水肿疗效显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of moxibustion in nephrotic lower extremity edema patients of spleen kidney yang deficiency type. Methods 60 cases of hospitalized patients with nephrotic lower extremity edema of spleen kidney yang deficiency type in affiliated people＇s hospital of Fujian university of traditional Chinese medicine, according to random number table method, were divided into experimental group and the control group, control group was only giving routine treatment. On the basis of routine treatment, moxibustion of ST 36 and fuliu treatment was given to experimental group, quantitative TCM symptom integral change and edema degree was observed in two groups of patients after a week. Results After treatment, total effectiveness in experimental group was 96.7%, total effective rate in control group was 86.7%, differences of quantitative TCM symptom integral change and edema degree of two groups was statistically significant before and after moxibustion（P〈0.05）. ConclusionMoxibustion is effective in the treatment of nephrotic lower extremity edema patients of spleen kidney yang deficiency type.
