探析临床免疫检验质量控制的相关性措施对检验结果的影响

Influence of Relevant Measures on Quality Control of Clinical Immunoassay on Test Results

目的分析临床免疫检验质量控制的相关性措施对检验结果的可靠性和准确性的影响。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月本院收治并接受免疫检验患者中的200例作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,对比两组患者的临床检验效果。结果观察组检验结果与病情相符率93%显著高于对照组的84%,P<0.05。结论在临床进行免疫检验的质量控制措施,可有效的提高对检验结果可靠性以及准确性、充分降低相关问题的发生率。

Objective To analyze the influence of relevant measures on the quality control of clinical immunoassay on the reliability and accuracy of the test results. Methods 200 cases of patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, and the clinical test results of the two groups were compared. Results The observation rate of the observation group was 93% higher than that of the control group, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality control measures in the clinical immunization test can effectively improve the reliability and accuracy of the test results and reduce the incidence of the related problems.
