骨科康复护理在髋关节置换术后的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing in Department of Orthopedics After Hip Arthroplasty

目的探究骨科康复护理在髋关节置换术后的临床效果。方法收取2016年4月9日—2017年11月16日本院髋关节置换术患者100例,对收取对象进行随机分组,即观察组实施骨科康复护理;对照组采取常规护理,对2组恢复情况及护理满意度进行观察和分析。结果观察组患者恢复情况优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论骨科康复护理在髋关节置换术中具有重要价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing after hip arthroplasty in department of orthopedics. Methods 100 cases of hip arthroplasty were collected from April 9, 2016 to November 16, 2017, and then the subjects were randomly divided into two groups, namely the observation group-the rehabilitation nursing in the department of orthopedics, and the control group-the routine nursing, the recovery of the two groups and the satisfaction of nursing was observed and analyzed. Results The recovery of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, P〈0.05. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing in department of orthopedics has important value in hip arthroplasty, and it can promote early recovery of patients.
