脑动脉瘤采取血管内栓塞术的围手术期护理方案探析

目的探析脑动脉瘤采取血管内栓塞术的围手术期护理方案的效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年12月在我院实施血管内栓塞术治疗的176例脑动脉瘤患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组88例。对照组给予常规护理。观察组给予围手术期护理,对比两组疗效、再出血及护理满意率、住院时间。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,护理满意率高于对照组,再出血率低于对照组,住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑动脉瘤采取血管内栓塞术的围手术期护理方案可巩固疗效,避免再出血,促进患者恢复,满意度高。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing plan for cerebral aneurysm treated with intravascular embolization.Methods 176 patients with cerebral aneurysm who were treated with endovascular embolization in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 88 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given perioperative nursing, the two groups of curative effect, rebleeding and nursing satisfaction rate, the time of hospitalization was compare. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the satisfaction rate of nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group, the rebleeding rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing plan of endovascular embolization for cerebral aneurysms can significantly consolidate efficacy, avoid rebleeding and promote patient recovery and satisfaction.
