集束化护理在骨折压疮高危患者管理中的应用

The Application of Cluster Nursing in the Management of High Risk Patients With Fracture and Pressure Sore

目的探讨集束化护理在骨折压疮高危患者管理中的应用效果。方法选择2016年4月—2017年4月到医院进行骨折治疗的患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组患者选取常规的方法进行护理,对实验组在常规护理方法的基础上,使用集束化护理对患者进行护理。对两组患者压疮发生情况进行分析,对患者病情状况进行评估。结果实验组患者压疮发生率为5.00%,对照组患者压疮发生率为20.00%;数据对比差异具有统计学意义。对两组患者发放调查问卷,两组患者调查问卷回收率都为100.00%。实验组患者护理满意度为93.33%,对照组患者护理满意度仅为76.67%。实验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论对骨折患者的护理,使用集束化护理能够有效降低压疮的发生,提高患者对护理的满意度。临床对该疾病患者的护理,推荐使用集束化护理方法。

Objective To explore the application of cluster nursing in the management of high risk patients with fracture and pressure sore. Methods 120 cases of fracture patients in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group were given conventional nursing, on the basis, the experimental group was given cluster nursing. The incidence of pressure sore in two groups of patients was analyzed, and the condition of the patients was evaluated. Results The incidence of pressure sores in the experimental group was 5.00%, while that in the control group was 20.00%. There was significant difference in data comparison between the two groups. Questionnaires were issued to two groups of patients, and the recovery rate of the two groups was both 100.00%. The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was 93.33%, and the satisfaction of the control group was only 76.67%. The degree of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance. Conclusion Cluster nursing of patients with fracture can effectively reduce the occurrence of pressure sore and improve the patient＇s satisfaction with nursing. Cluster nursing is recommended for the nursing of fracture patients.
