摘要
目的探究与分析加强细节护理管理对医疗风险事件及护患纠纷的影响。方法将本院在2016年6—12月(未实施细节护理管理)外科收治的200例患者作为对照组,将本院在2017年6—12月(已实施细节护理管理)外科收治的200例患者作为观察组。比较两组各项情况。结果观察组外科医疗风险事件及护患纠纷发生率分别为3.00%、1.50%,均低于对照组,且观察组护理人员护理质量评分及护理满意度(98.50%vs.92.00%)均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论实施细节护理管理可有效提高本院护理管理质量及水平,并极大避免与降低医疗风险事件及护患纠纷发生率,提升护理人员细节护理意识及服务水平。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of detail nursing management on medical risk events and nurse patient disputes. Methods From June to December 2016, 200 patients in our hospital(no detail nursing management) were treated as thecontrol group, and from June to December 2017, 200 patients in our hospital(detail nursing management) were treated as the observation group. The two groups were compared. Results The incidence of medical risk events and nurse patient disputes in the observation group were 3.00% and 1.50% respectively, which were lower than those of the control group, and the nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction(98.50% vs. 92.00%) in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, P〈0.05.Conclusion The implementation of detail nursing management can effectively improve the quality and level of nursing management in our hospital, and greatly avoid and reduce the incidence of medical risk events and nurse patient disputes, and improve the nursing staff's awareness of detail nursing and the level of service.
