儿科急诊分诊标准实施效果的调查研究

Investigation and Study on the Implementation Effect of Emergency Triage Standard in Pediatric Department

目的总结儿科急诊分诊标准实施的效果,为护理分诊制度提供可靠的参考数据。方法通过自制问卷对急诊分诊护士以及急诊医生对分诊工作满意度情况进行调查。结果儿科急诊分诊标准实施之后,分诊护士对急危重患者检出情况与医生诊断一致性提高,研究组中195例与医生诊断一致,检出率97.5%,对照组中163例与医生诊断一致,检出率81.5%;研究组及时发现病情变化18例,对照组发现病情变化5例;医师以及分诊护士对分诊工作的满意度提升,研究组医师对分诊工作满意度97.5%,护士对分诊工作满意度98.5%;对照组医师对分诊工作满意度85.0%,护士对分诊工作满意度87.5%。结论儿科急诊实施分诊标准之后,可以及时识别危重患者,及时发现病情变化,使其获得有效的救治,提升儿科急诊分诊质量。

Objective To summarize the effect of implementation of triage standard in pediatric emergency treatment, and to provide reliable reference data for the nursing diagnosis system. Methods Emergency nurses, and the emergency doctors were surveyed by self-made questionnaire. Results After implementation of pediatric emergency triage standard, triage diagnosis consistency to doctor for critically ill patients of nurse was increased, in study group, 195 cases were consistent with the diagnosis and detection rate was 97.5%, in the control group, 163 cases were consistent with the diagnosis and detection rate was 81.5%. In the study group, 18 cases were detected condition changes and 5 cases were detected in the control group. The degree of satisfaction of the doctors and the nurses was significantly improved, with 97.5% of doctors and 98.5% of the nurses in the study group, and 85.0% of doctors and 87.5% of nurses. Conclusion After the implementation of the triage standard of pediatrics emergency department, the critical ill patients can be identified in time, the change of the disease can be found in time, the effective treatment can be obtained.
