北极贝制作工艺研究

摘要 随着社会发展,鱼糜制品出现在餐桌上,鱼丸、鱼豆腐等食物深受大众喜爱。但随着人民生活水平不断提高,人们开始不断寻找新鲜的产品满足自己的新鲜感,研发人员也试图制作一些新式的海产品满足市场需求。本文主要从制作北极贝的配料数据和工艺流程两方面详细介绍北极贝的制作工艺,为海产品的研发提供参考。
